Description

The Shasta Historical Society works to preserve and communicate the history of Shasta County. The SHS has a small shop in the plaza along Shasta and California Street, which, among other items, includes a number of books covering the history of Shasta County. The Shasta Historical Society is probably the best resource for anyone wanting to find out more about the stories and history of the area.
